Roth’s large machine (M108) has multilayer co-extrusion, 4 layer capabilities with a 1,000 pound maximum shot weight. To give you some perspective on the M108, Roth can cycle a 1500 gallon poly tank weighing 650 pounds in 11.5 minutes compared to the rotationally molded process that can take up to 1.5 hours to complete the same size tank. With tooling capabilities up to 39 inch diameter, Roth has an unprecedented “lay-flat” capability of 61”! Platens sizes can accommodate up to an 80” diameter/96” wide part with an overall length of up to 18’0”. Muliti-layer capabilities allow a 10-100% per layer thickness distribution. In addition, all four layers utilize McGuire Gravimetric blenders with four component feed bins with adjustment of 0.5% to 100% dosing. Any Roth product can have up to 16 different resins in total!

The M100 is Roth’s smaller machine with a single layer, dual extruder head that packs a 189 pound maximum shot weight. Parts on this machine can be up to 42” diameter/60”wide part with an overall length of up to 7’0”!
